We are happy to release our new video for Brewery Applications. Filmed at Barrelworks/Firestone Walker Brewing Company in Buellton, CA, master blender, Jim Crooks, talks about the benefits of ozone and the C1 Mobile Disinfection Cart, from ClearWater Tech.
“The C1 cart is making our beers taste better, and tanks are coming cleaner. There is no potential for contamination, an insurance step that I can’t live without, says Crooks. For us it allows me to sleep at night knowing that’s the final thing before we put beer in the barrel.”
