Before shipping a system in for refurbishment/repair you will need
Follow the instructions below to ensure that your system will be processed without delay.
1. Call or email ClearWater Tech to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
This is your unique identifier for your service request. Don’t discard this number until your repair transaction is complete.
