PLACING AN ORDER
It is recommended to obtain a quote and process an order through our distributor network. Contact your distributor (whom you purchased the ozone generator from). If your distributor information is unavailable please contact service @ cwtozone.com with a serial number of the ozone generator for assistance in locating them.

Below is information on placing orders through ClearWater Tech LLC.
Parts orders will be processed for shipment within four (4) business days of order placement. To place an order, a payment method will have to be secured.
An expediting fee (typically in the $30-$75 range) can be added to an order to hasten the normal lead time. Expedited orders process as soon as possible, normally in the same day.
Payment can be processed by the following:
• Credit card – All major cards accepted, card number, expiration date and security code are required.
• Prepaid check – Obtain shipping quote first and include in check amount, checks must clear before order processing, domestic shipments only.
• COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) – Domestic shipments only.
• Wire transfer – Add a $40 transaction fee.
Orders are shipped via UPS. Collect shipments can be processed, please supply your account number (UPS/FedEx/DHL/etc…) when placing an order.
International shipments can be processed in only one of three ways:
• Shipments can be picked up here at CWT by a forwarder/courier service arranged by the customer after order placement.
• Shipments can be shipped to a domestic (U.S.) freight forwarder, the domestic shipping costs can be included in the normal payment method.
• Direct shipments to the CWT customer are processed collect on the customer’s account number (UPS/FedEx/DHL/etc…). Please insure your account number can be used for collect international shipments prior to arranging this. CWT does not drop ship internationally.
