The students in the Viticulture & Enology Departments will now incorporate “Ozone” as part of their curriculum. ClearWater Tech happily donated a C1 Mobile Disinfection Cart for surface sanitation to the department this month to use in their wine making process curriculum. Matt Brain M.A., winemaker and lecturer, will oversee the cart.
